Our policies on enrollment, payment, cancellations, and your legal rights as a student.
Enrollment Policy
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved purchase order. A registration confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of enrollment. Students are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided is accurate and current.
PRO Trainers IT reserves the right to decline enrollment at its sole discretion. Minimum enrollment requirements apply to group and scheduled public classes. If a minimum is not met, PRO Trainers IT may reschedule the class or offer an alternative format at no additional charge.
Payment Policy
Full payment is due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan or corporate invoicing arrangement has been approved in advance. All prices are listed in US dollars. PRO Trainers IT accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ACH bank transfer, and company purchase orders.
Corporate clients with approved accounts may be invoiced with Net-30 payment terms. A valid purchase order number is required. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Student cancellations: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations within 5 business days of the start date are subject to a 25% administrative fee. No refunds are issued for no-shows or cancellations on or after the start date, except under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you complete your training and are not fully satisfied, contact us within 10 business days of your last session. We will either re-train you at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
PRO Trainers IT cancellations: If we cancel or reschedule a class, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session at no charge.
Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is required to receive a certificate of completion. Students who miss more than 20% of scheduled class hours may be required to make up the missed content at an additional charge. For private sessions, missed sessions must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original session date.
Code of Conduct
All students are expected to treat instructors and fellow students with respect. Disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory behavior will result in immediate dismissal from the course without refund. PRO Trainers IT maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind.
Privacy Policy Summary

Intellectual Property
All course materials — including slide decks, handouts, exercise files, and video recordings — are the exclusive property of PRO Trainers Information Technology Corp. Students may use materials for personal study only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of course materials in any form is strictly prohibited without written permission.
